HUB Foundation Company Joins Soletanche Bachy’s North American Family of Companies
PITTSBURGH – February, 10, 2025 – Boston-based geotechnical contractor HUB Foundation Company was recently acquired by Soletanche-Bachy, parent company of 鶹ƵConstruction.
Established in 1966 by Francis and Kathleen Maxwell, HUB has offered a full suite of geotechnical solutions for clients in the drilled shaft, diaphragm wall and micropile industries in the Northeast for more than five decades. The company proudly remains a family-operated organization.
